With this approach, your costs are directly tied to the volume of transactions your business conducts. The more transactions you have, the higher your accounting expenses will be.
This pricing model offers flexibility and scalability, as you pay in direct proportion to your business’s activity. It’s an ideal choice if your transaction volumes vary significantly from month to month.

If you require a service that is not included in the plan, we will send you our price list along with a quote in advance. If the offer is suitable, the additional service will be invoiced based on our standard price list.
Consultation services are not included in the monthly accounting plan. However, we do respond to occasional individual questions without issuing a separate invoice.
The cost of accounting services is contingent on the number of accounting documents, such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, expense documents, and bank statements. In this model, one original document equals one transaction.
A transaction represents an accounting entry made in accounting software to record a single economic transaction. Each transaction comprises multiple entries. For instance, when recording a purchase or sales invoice in accounting software, an average of three entries is generated, two for a bank transaction, and up to 20 for payroll calculations.
The advantage of this pricing method based on the number of entries is its simplicity and transparency. If the client has fewer documents, their invoice will be smaller, and vice versa.
You have the option to cancel your subscription to the GrowthGenius and BalanceMaster plans at any time. To facilitate your unsubscribing from the Incorporate service, please provide us with a 30-day notice.
The VisionVault plan is valid for 90 days from the date of subscription. After this period, you have the opportunity to terminate the plan under the same terms as other plans.
